With the notable exception of my time spent on a progression raid team, I try to play video games casually. I often don't succeed, but I do try.

I've found it difficult to control my impulses to simply keep going rather than take a break and do other things, but I do have my tricks. So, this Meme Monday is dedicated to (attempting) to play casually.
