The thing that LOTRO has that other MMOs don't, however, is the community feel for non-traditional MMO activities, such as music and merrymaking. Even though they're interested in SWTOR because Star Wars (duh), and they like playing Marvel Heroes 2016 (because Marvel!), LOTRO is their favorite MMO by far. The immersion that they feel in the game and with the others who like to hang around Bree and enjoy music on Fridays is something that's not easily found anywhere else in MMO space.
Redbeardhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05306063084983025771noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3287859335174901821.post-65838366443980066522015-12-03T14:19:22.291-05:002015-12-03T14:19:22.291-05:00Glad to hear Thanksgiving went well; political dis...Glad to hear Thanksgiving went well; political discussions are indeed not what you want at a family gathering!

And you made me go "awww" with the server transfer story. It's great to be part of an MMO community. It used to be the same for me, but all those people that were part of my server's community were into raiding, and they've been long since gone. I'm not involved enough with the game to feel part of that again, I'm afraid (especially now I'm on a fresh server).Ravanelhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03447777640056476366noreply@blogger.com
